Message From the Principal’s Desk

One of the greatest challenges faced in our society today, and particularly, in our dear country Nigeria is the high level of illiteracy which is also a major cause of poverty in our society.

More challenging is the fact that most of our university graduates are half-baked, making them unemployable, thereby, increasing the rate of unemployment in the country.

How did we get here? Obviously, the educational system has failed in its major duty of shinning the light of knowledge into ignorant minds. The school has a vital role to play in liberating ignorant minds. If the school is to fulfill its place in the society, then there is no gainsaying that more efforts must be put in place to enhance the educational system.

“And the light shines in darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it”, so say the scriptures. Stedia Divine School is a place where the light of knowledge shines and the ignorant minds are illuminated, having understood the power of knowledge.

As we contribute our quota to the educational system, our desire is to see a society illuminated with the light of knowledge which illiteracy and poverty will not be able to comprehend. Welcome to Stedia Divine School!
