STEDIA DIVINE Nursery and Primary School was established on September 27, 1999. It started with fifty pupils in a bungalow at number 11, Jebutu Street, Agodo-Egbe, Ikotun, Lagos State. The school started with eight teaching staff and one non teaching staff. The school started with Kindergarten, Nursery and Primary sections. The school continued to progress, and by the second term of that same session pupils started writing Common Entrance Examination.
On September 26, 2005 the secondary school commenced with Junior Secondary One (JSS1). The school started exhibiting several co-curricular activities such as Inter-house Sports Competition, Cultural Day Programme, Colour Day, Science Exhibitions, Excursions and Competitions with other schools.

More challenging is the fact that most of our university graduates are half-baked, making them unemployable, thereby, increasing the rate of unemployment in the country.
How did we get here? Obviously, the educational system has failed in its major duty of shinning the light of knowledge into ignorant minds. The school has a vital role to play in liberating ignorant minds. If the school is to fulfill its place in the society, then there is no gainsaying that more efforts must be put in place to enhance the educational system.
